Description of Service

glimm is a personal journal application that sends random notifications throughout your day, prompting you to capture photos and notes of your current moment. All content is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Maintain the security of your iCloud account

Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos and notes you create using glimm. We do not claim any ownership over your content. Since all data is stored in your personal iCloud account, you are responsible for backing up your content.

Intellectual Property

The glimm app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app without our permission.

Third-Party Services

glimm uses Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services for data storage and synchronization. Your use of these services is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of iCloud services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

glimm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of glimm.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through app updates or by posting notice on our website. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

You may stop using glimm at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app for users who violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
